Brenda leverages more than 30 years experience as a scientist, executive, consultant, and coach to support her clients excel not only in business but in every aspect of their lives. Her fully integral approach is applied with masterful use of empathetic listening, insight and compassion. This powerful blend of professional expertise and personal care helps her clients cultivate the emotional intelligence and core competencies that deliver rapid and long lasting results with people in intensive business environments.

Prior to founding her own coaching and consulting firm, Brenda had 20 years of experience working for Fortune 100 companies including DuPont, UGI, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, and Sunmark Industries, a division of Sunoco Oil Company. She has held a variety of positions in Research and Development, Management, Marketing, Finance, Training and Development, Sales and Human Resources. As VP at a management consulting company, Brenda was responsible for Business Management, Strategy and Product Development. She has developed and implemented trainings and conducted coaching on Empowerment, Diversity, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Professional Development and Team Building.

Brenda holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Chemistry from Morgan State University. She is certified as an Integral Coach by New Ventures West.


  1. Brenda enjoys anything related to food – reading about food, traveling to eat local food, the science of food, how food can be used to promote and support health, cooking food, and of course eating good food! She also has a chapter in a published cookbook.
  2. Brenda loves to travel, and trekked the Salkantay trail to Machu Picchu.
