Account Manager

As Account Manager for Enact, Janelle supports the VP of Strategy in business development, sales, and marketing efforts.

Janelle is dedicated to providing customers with excellent service delivery and care. She is reliable, accountable and dedicated to performing her best and having a positive impact on everyone she meets. Janelle is an accomplished finance analyst/customer account manager who utilizes her extensive background in financial analysis and customer account management to help build and strengthen customer relationships.

Her extensive experience includes providing support for many Fortune 500 companies’ TOP performing Client Executives and customers. She was employed at Cisco Systems Inc. for 8 years as a Finance Business Analyst and also has a background in commercial real estate, property management, and banking. She is a Global Village Team Lead and Ambassador for Habitat for Humanity’s Global Village program, and

Janelle holds both a MS in Project Management and a BS in Business Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
