Lydia listens deeply to truly understand her client’s complex issues in order to help them discover new perspectives and effective solutions. She has helped companies in manufacturing, technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and the non-profit sector. She has also conducted research on the success of international assignments, the effective use of teams, and adaptability.
Lydia received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Boston University. From the University of Pennsylvania, she received a degree in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business as well as a BA in Fine Arts.
