Lydia Oxendine

Senior Consultant


Lydia is committed to helping people realize and learn on a deep level how crucial dialogue and connection are to building relationships.

Though application of a creative, human approach to leadership training and strategy development she helps organizations adapt, change and innovate in order to succeed. Lydia listens deeply to truly understand her client’s complex issues in order to help them discover new perspectives and effective solutions. She has helped companies in manufacturing, technology, energy, financial services, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, and the non-profit sector. She has also conducted research on the success of international assignments, the effective use of teams, and adaptability.

Lydia received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Boston University. From the University of Pennsylvania, she received a degree in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business as well as a BA in Fine Arts.


  1. Lydia studied the development of Java as part of her dissertation work on breakthrough innovations.
  2. Lydia loves to travel and has hiked the Inca Trail, sailed down the Nile and kayaked in Prince William Sound in Alaska.
