Ondine Norman

Senior Consultant/Executive Coach


Ondine is passionate about helping people grow and go beyond their limitations by bringing clarity of purpose and greater self-awareness into her client’s lives. She is energized by making connections that build a culture/community based on mutual respect, on-going learning and stretching outside of the comfort zone.

With more than 18 years of experience as a professional coach and facilitator, she has formally coached hundreds of individuals and groups, conducted strategic planning retreats and facilitated a variety of trainings in the global marketplace. Her areas of expertise are inter-personal communications, cross-cultural business leadership and change management. Using the tools of consultation, coaching, team building, and management training, Ondine helps clients build workplace partnerships that yield excellent business results. She is currently a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach for Rainbow Media Entertainment a subsidiary of Cablevision and for Johnson & Johnson’s R&D Pharma division.

Ondine is a Professionally Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of New York and California. She has her masters in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and her undergrad degree from University of California Berkeley. She is also a certified Social Styles Leadership model facilitator, MBTI assessment facilitator, DiSC Assessment facilitator, and a Master Practitioner License in NLP and the EQ Baron Assessment tool.


  1. Ondine has lived and traveled throughout India and China both as a professional consultant as well as a part of her personal journey.
  2. Ondine created and danced in a dance company that performed in schools and prisons throughout the east coast of the US for 8 years.
  3. Ondine is in the process of getting certified as a wilderness guide for youth and adults.
  4. Ondine studied acting in New York and Philadelphia and was in a number of tv commercials, films and tv series.
