As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Enact Leadership, Sindri co-leads strategy, growth, operations and development of a diverse, talented team.

At Enact, her portfolio includes high-stakes facilitation with top teams, diversity/equity/inclusion consulting, talent development strategy consulting, and executive coaching engagements. Her approach is optimistic, practical, and results-based, while focusing on accelerated collective and individual development.
With a comprehensive background in Human Resources Development, Sindri has experience working across many industries, from high-tech, to manufacturing, to retail.
Her career began as an organizational development manager at Hewlett-Packard supporting a multi-divisional site. She also launched the first global performance-management process and led Learning & Development At Levi Strauss & Co, and was the Head of Organizational Effectiveness at at Context Integration and Wind River Systems.
Sindri holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MFA in Theatre from the University of Iowa and a BA in Russian from Carleton College.
