Brian is passionate about racial equity, leadership development, innovation, social impact, and building strong supportive, healthy, communities. He has coached executives and their teams on all aspects of leadership in corporations, public sector and philanthropy. Specific areas of expertise include heightening strategic thinking, change management, improving interpersonal and professional communication skills and building effective teams and performance culture within an organization.
Brian has worked in senior management positions at several education non-profits, started two non-profit organizations, taught high school, and worked in the technology sector. He draws from more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions and working at the intersection of the public, private, and governmental sectors for his work with leaders and teams.
Brian has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University with a focus on Leadership. He received his undergraduate degree at George Washington University, where he studied Political Science and Sociology. Brian is a Newfield Network trained coach.
