Giselle Chow

Giselle is inspired by what is possible when groups of disparate thinkers are engaged in complex work, searching for alignment and potential solutions. As an expert in graphic facilitation, she creates large-scale drawings and graphics in real time that enable participants to see their work, identify patterns, retain information and make connections. She also creates hand drawn illustrations, videos, and visual maps that help people see the larger context of what they are part of, where they want to go, and how to get there.

Working across all sectors, Giselle’s clients have included corporations, not for profits, schools and government agencies. She designs, leads, and facilitates team and organizational development and change processes pulling from a variety of strategies and techniques. Her practice is informed by appreciative inquiry, narrative theory, design thinking, and participatory decision-making.

Giselle holds both an MA in Educational Leadership and a BA in Art History from Mills College.

  1. Giselle has extensive experience in teaching, learning, and school leadership, and worked for over a decade in the area of school access, equity, and inclusion.
  2. Giselle started taking dance classes as an adult, tries to get to the studio as often as she can, and finds she is now more able to tap into possibility and promise in all areas of her life!
