Sherri is a seasoned executive coach and leadership development facilitator, helping leaders to accelerate their impact and influence, and grow into their next level of authentic and inspired leadership.
Sherri draws upon multiple methodologies and a highly intuitive approach to help clients develop emotional and interpersonal intelligence; authentic confidence, executive presence, influence and communication skills. She also works with women expand their power, purpose and voice to become stronger leaders.
Her clients include biotech, financial services, technology, start-ups, non-profits, retail, consumer products and health care. She has also facilitated transformational leadership programs at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and Stanford University Continuing Studies.
Her leadership roles include founding a nationwide professional coaching and online learning company, and serving on the executive team of Insight Out Collaborations, a leadership development firm. Prior to her coaching career, Sherri was a management consultant with Deloitte & Touche, focusing on large scale organizational and cultural change.
Sherri holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in Education from Stanford University, and a BS in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University. She is trained and certified in a wide variety of coaching and transformational methodologies, including the Coaches Training Institute, Integral Coaching, and Neuroleadership Institute.
